In my personal opinion, Dr. Scott Powers is a wonderful dentist and has been a real asset in my dental care. Good teeth are essential to good health. After diligently taking care of my teeth throughout my youth, I still experienced major problems. I've had to have root canals, crowns, dental implants, and also fillings. Dr. Powers is not only personable, he is very competent in his field. I know that whatever needs to be done, he will tell me my options and what he thinks is the best one for me. I'm very confident in his ability to solve any problems that develop for my care. In addition to his regular duties as a dentist, he goes the extra mile to insure that I always look my best. Once he made a temporary tooth for me until the final one was ready to be put in. I know that doesn't sound like much, but to a vain person like me that means a lot! Dr. Scott Powers is a great dentist and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist that can take care of any needs that you have. I have gone to other dentists in the area. All were very nice but when I had a problem, they were not available to take care of me immediately. Tooth pain is terrible! And for me, even one day is too much. Regular care from a competent dentist is essential!

In 2002, Dr. Scott Powers from Lyons Indiana became my dentist and placed dental implants. He then fitted me with a new lower denture that snaps into place over the implants. Just this year in 2015 he replaced the abutments and o-rings to make my appliance fit like new again.Time has told me that implants have been an excellent investment for me. I am much healthier and can eat any sort of food without discomfort. I easily eat raw vegetables, steak, and other chewy foods. I am very grateful to Dr. Scott Powers for how he has treated me and am thankful he is my dentist.

I received full dentures 3 years ago by another dentist and simply could not wear my lower denture. I have now had my lower mini implants for 9 months and could not be happier! I was told by my regular dentist to see Dr. Scott Powers to fix a complicated dental problem I was having with my lower teeth. I told Dr. Powers that I wanted teeth that I could chew good with and that I did NOT want a lower denture that would not stay in. After talking over my options with Dr. Powers I decided to go with 6 lower mini implants with teeth that snap into place. You would not believe it but I had all my extractions, 6 implants placed, and the new teeth placed in just one morning! These teeth fit great and I can eat anything I want with no pain or discomfort! They are great! Dr. Powers and his staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Powers for anyone who is thinking about implants or has a complicated dental problem. Thanks to Dr. Scott Powers and his staff, I no longer have to experience excruciating tooth pain, and I don't have to cover my mouth when I smile. I received a beautiful set of dentures,supported with implants on the bottom. I love them so much, that I would like to come back in the future to receive implants for the top. I began going to Dr. Powers in August of 2017. I had loose teeth & bone lose which was causing me pain. I had a upper & lower partial for several years but wasn't able to wear my bottom plate, it was very uncomfortable.
Dr. Powers offers sedation dentistry, which I was looking for. I made an appointment and he wrote up a plan that he felt was best for me. My plan consisted of extracting six top teeth that were loose & implanting two posts that my top partial snaps over. I am so pleased with how it fits! It is so comfortable that I forget that it's not my natural teeth.
I have a new bottom partial too & couldn't be more pleased. It is so comfortable.
Dr. Powers & his staff took time with me to make sure that I was comfortable & happy with the outcome. I can't thank them enough! I love to smile now!
